User Experience Simplification
In 2017, Penske had an overly complex, unresponsive, truck rental reservation web application which led to user frustration and resulted slow revenue growth. Through understanding users needs and using iterative development along with continuous inspecting and adapting, customers became happier and revenue grew by 15% in Q1 2019.

Greenfield IP Video Support Product
In 2016, Comcast endeavored into offering IP Video. Compared to QAM based video delivery, challenges like network bandwidth, latency, and transcoding come into play resulting in potentially thousands of events for every IP Video stream. Multiply that by millions of customers and that's a big data problem.

We lead the creation of an IP Video monitoring product that visualized big data, enabling the Video Operations team to determine where, how, and why customers were having IP Video related issues. The result was a hundred-fold reduction in time to identify and repair customer issues.

SevOne Connect
While working for SevOne, our Principal Consultant, Vincent Lord, led the vision and creation of an interactive customer support repository and idea exchange forum called, "SevOne Connect".

This portal reduced operations call volume and enabled SevOne to have an active and engaging community.
